SUMMER EQUESTRIAN RIDING CAMP FOR 2010!

Weekly camp sessions are offered Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day for children ages 8-14. If your child is under 8 we ask that he or she have prior equestrian experience or be especially interested in learning to ride.

The camp is designed for riders of all levels. There will be daily formal riding instruction and we will be teaching horsemanship skills ranging from barn management to anatomy and the fundamentals of shoeing a horse. The camp emphasizes horsemanship and riding skills plus daily added fun activities. There will be a horse show at 10 a.m. Friday for parents and friends to attend. Instruction will primarily be English riding but there will be an element of Western and also trail riding into the Sea Pines Nature Preserve.

The weekly fee is $310. A $100 non-refundable deposit must be made to reserve your session, and a discount of $30 is available for any additional weekly sessions for the same camper. Siblings receive a $15 discount if taking the camp at the same time as their sibling.  Unfortunately we can no longer accept daily students; all riders must plan on attending the entire week to reach their goals!
