Horses and Ponies for Sale or Lease 

The following horses are for sale, full-lease, or half-lease. By purchasing the animal you become solely responsible for all additional expenses associated with the animal including, but not limited to, board, farrier service, veterinary service, etc... 

FULL LEASING

This option provides you with full access to the animal. By full-leasing an animal you become responsible for all routine expenses associated with the animal. This includes boarding costs, farrier service, routine veterinary service, insurance etc. If the leased animal becomes unable to perform due to lameness or injury you are no longer responsible for the costs of the animal; however, prepaid lease fees are not reimbursed.

HALF-LEASING

This option provides you with three days per week of access to the animal. The other days the animal will be used by Lawton Stables. By half-leasing an animal you become responsible for half of the boarding cost, farrier fees and routine veterinary fees. If the leased animal becomes unable to perform due to lameness or injury you are no longer responsible for the costs of the animal; however, prepaid lease fees are not reimbursed.
