"Our visit to Lawton was great! We were not sure if the family would like it, but we tried the trail ride at Lawton Stables last week. We've been to Hilton Head a few times on vacation and frankly are running out of new things to do. Our visit to Lawton was great!! After a short "safety lesson", they took us on horseback through the plantation. The weather was nice and our guide was very knowledgable about the area's history. It's easy to forget about the true beauty of the Island, BUT after this visit I think we all see Hilton Head a little different."
